iHeartMedia Digital Account Manager in New York, New York
iHeartRadio is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our team. Their primary function is to ensure that all campaigns are efficiently executed to the highest level of client satisfaction. The Digital Account Manager is responsible for pre and post-sale digital process which includes teaming with sales, ad ops, marketing, promotion/activations, programming, etc. to ensure client satisfaction and iHR’s business health through custom campaign strategies; analyze deal or campaign performance; develop innovative alternatives to existing deals or campaigns; and communicate with partners and appropriate internal departments on these initiatives.
You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of online media space and have strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with media agencies and clients by providing outstanding campaign management, client servicing and intelligent updates as well as on demand delivery reports. You will assist the Digital Sales Team with the retention and rebooking of existing clients as well as contribute to new campaign opportunities.
Other key responsibilities:
•Maintain and manage the day-to-day business relationships with current clients and identify growth opportunities on key accounts.
• Ensure smooth coordination of campaign deliverables with the Activations, Marketing, Research, & Programming Teams
• Work with the NYC Sales teams to set transparent and achievable campaign KPIs and manage client expectations
• End-to-end management of a portfolio of campaigns, including monitoring and reporting of campaign performance and optimizations to meet client and business KPIs
• Producing intelligent end of campaign analyses including successes, key learnings and recommendations
• Ensuring client retention by securing additional budget from existing clients and helping the sales teams with up-selling opportunities
•Serves as primary point of contact to existing clients on issues regarding performance reports and general maintenance.
•Provides technical guidance on campaign specifications and provides troubleshooting/conflict resolution.
•Effectively optimizes campaign performance by recommending adjustments to inventory and creative components of the campaign.
•Assist Account Executives during RFP and pre-sales process by providing campaign planning recommendations, inventory availability and asset allocation.
•1-2 years of digital advertising, media planning, media buying, or account management experience
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Willing and able to collaborate across boundaries to get work done and drive business forward.
•Strong customer focus – promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty.
•Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.
•Able to work effectively and excel in a matrix organization and possess the ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily.
