This position provides learning management system (LMS) administration and
support, intranet web administration and support, and technical training for employees.
Bachelor’s degree in related field (training and education, business administration, communications, information systems, etc.) or 3–5 years minimum equivalent experience.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
perience with content managements systems (Cornerstone a plus), eLearning develop tools/authorware and basic HTML coding skills preferred
Work experience in training/development is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to create, develop and maintain training curriculum a plus.
Strong editorial skills, including scheduling and tracking deliverables
Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
Sincere commitment to building high quality online content
Proven ability to manage many simultaneous projects to meet business goals and objectives
Ability to coordinate with diverse, cross-functional teams to help all individuals and teams build a shared understanding of project requirements and timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver clear, concise information and direction to partners and internal teams
Highly technology literate; quickly learns new applications and tools.
Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders
Ability to effectively solve problems, make decisions and take action, exercising solid independent judgment
Ability to maintain a professional attitude and work independently with little guidance in a fast paced, changing environment.
Ability to travel as required by business needs (Up to 20% at certain times).
This position is remote.
Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Create and update dynamic/learning assignments
Manage CSOD releases by attending webinars, testing new functionality in stage environment, suggesting features to implement based on current needs of the org, etc.
Collaborate with Cornerstone support for any potential issues that cannot be resolved by other admin
Manage Cornerstone global configuration settings
Assist in defining and managing User Security Permissions
Develop and mange Custom Welcome Pages using HTML editing
Manage the content and schedule of automatic email triggers
Manage CSOD content, including but not limited to, subjects, curriculum materials, scorm courses, deep link generation, group management, etc.
Create, generate, and deliver reports to stakeholders (e.g. Monthly Compliance Reporting, Evaluation reports, Training Status, Vendor content usage reports, etc.)
Providve technical support to learning administrators and end users
Managing testing environments
Must be flexible and able to adapt constant change
Effectively communicate at all levels, both internally and externally, including answering questions and inquiries with confidence, accuracy, and in a clear, concise manner.
Develop and maintain effective customer service skills in working with both internal and external customers.
Work with clients on change management to ensure that implementation of new processes goes smoothly.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
