About the Team
The Marketing Solutions team partners with sales to provide clients with creative and strategic solutions by leveraging all iHeartMedia assets.
About the Position
The Director, Marketing Solutions, Go-to-Market Strategy is responsible for developing compelling sales and marketing materials that drive advertising spending to the iHeartMedia portfolio across multiple categories.
Work with VP of Go-to-Market Strategy on sales programs, product positioning, and overall GTM strategy to strengthen iHeartMedia’s leadership among agencies and clients
Manage the positioning, design, and copy for marketing collateral across multiple sales divisions, including general presentations, customizable packages (with complete media plans), and new product opportunities.
Foster strong working relationships with other departments and key stakeholders including Product, Programming, Research and Creative Services
Manage GTM Strategy Manager and provide role clarity and clear success metrics while also contributing to a positive team culture
Provide career development plan for team members in order to drive a performance culture and employee growth
Message and package product offerings and tailor positioning to key verticals as appropriate
Develop strategy and positioning of new ad products and sponsorships
Track the performance of sales programs via available metrics and marketplace feedback in order to inform and optimize go-forward efforts
Work with ad sales research to surface trends and insights around key audience segments, categories, media consumption habits, etc. in order to better position iHeartMedia offerings

Digital Product Team
A minimum of 10-years experience in marketing solutions, sales development and/or media agency role
A proven track-record of translating business objectives into creative solutions that drive results
Proven experience managing a team effectively
An exceptional understanding of how to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to deliver advertising solutions
An ability to manage challenging and complex projects and build consensus in a multi-layered organization
Write compelling promotional copy and know great design when you see it
Exceptional presentation skills
Strong design sensibility for sales/marketing collateral
Bachelor’s Degree required
