Job Summary:

This internship provides an opportunity to work with the Campaign Strategy Team (Sales Operations). Primary responsibility is to assist Campaign Strategy Team with documentation for proposal development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with proposal development, leveraging insights from proprietary software and applications

  • Assists with pre-planning for proposals containing different data sets to aid in streamlined inventory selection for advertising campaigns that require proximity to certain geographic targets

  • Research and output content pertaining to various demographic and behavioral targets, using research tools that measure consumer patterns and lifestyle trends (Quintile Analyses, Radar Audience Segmentation)

  • Create maps showing Clear Channel inventory and targets, such as retail addresses, venues, zip codes and neighborhoods

  • Assist with the organization of records for Market Playbooks for easier access by central teams

  • Work on special projects as required by Request for Proposals

Job Qualifications:


  • 4-year college degree in progress. Open to students starting their senior year.

  • 3.0+ GPA.

Work Experience

  • Pursuing a sales / research / media degree


  • Strong organizational / time management skills; detailed oriented

  • Collaborative and professional style with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility

  • Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure

  • Able to complete required math calculations (e.g., multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent, produce / interpret bar graphs).

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

  • Proficient with analyzing data

  • Interpersonal Savvy – Relates well to all kinds of people; builds appropriate rapport
