Clear Channel Outdoor
Maintains public bus shelter stops and cleaning services.
Completes routine cleaning and maintenance of Clear Channel structures and sites.
Painting shelters and benches.
Operating hand power tools.
Perform general structural maintenance and repairs.
Works safely in accordance with federal, state, local regulations as well as company policies.
Uses company-issued equipment/systems to read work instructions and input data upon completion of jobs.
Dispose of trash from Clear Channel receptacles.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Is proficient in listening and oral communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
Has high work standards and attention to detail.
Able to competently complete appropriate documentation and reports.
Able to operate hand and minor electrical tools in a safe and effective manner.
Able to competently complete required math calculations (e.g, add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Time Management – Uses time effectively and efficiently; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities.
Communicating Effectively – Ability to read and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
Dealing with Ambiguity – Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably.
Action Oriented – Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging.
- Valid driver’s license, CDL Class preferred.
