Job Summary:

As the Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Service Delivery team to enhance and build our operational processes, infrastructure, and leading edge innovations. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about collaboration, advancing our technology, and being part of making our company and teams successful. You will be highly motivated for success, highly self-managed, adept at advanced problem solving, and data driven.

You will be working closely with all our operational teams and our customers to collect business requirements, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high quality product delivery to our customers. You will be required to work with both technical and non-technical people across different levels of the organization and are comfortable interviewing various stakeholders to capture the right information.


  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders using interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, etc

  • Work closely with the product manager/stakeholders to document the project’s business requirements and support efforts

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to get stakeholder buy-in of business requirements

  • Deliver valuable documentation for requirements, current and future state processes, workflows, training material, knowledge articles, and process improvements

  • Able to breakdown complex technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Work closely with operations teams on functional testing and validation of products

  • Potential training of end users on new products or processes

  • Facilitate our agile processes – grooming, prioritization, retrospectives, etc.

  • Continually seek ways to optimize and improve all operational aspects of our IT solutions

  • Assist in our Release CAB and maintenance of our release processes

  • Assist in gathering reporting for auditing

You Have:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to learn products and concepts quickly and thoroughly

  • Analytical and structured thinking/problem solving – understanding true root causes, effective counter measures and continuous improvement practices, attention to detail

  • Hands on experience using agile tools – preferably Jira/Confluence/Service Now PPM

  • Experience working in Service Now both on front end, reporting, and technical view

  • Data visualization and presentation tools experience is a plus – Tableau, Service Now report building, performance analytics

  • Excellent presentation skills to a diverse audience group – technical and non-technical users

  • Test planning, develop test suites and perform functional validation of software

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal/non-verbal

  • Excellent documentation skills in various medias

  • Highly organized, exceptional problem solving skills, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Proven experience leading projects and delivering against commitments and timelines

  • Ability to work independently, and strong desire to overcome challenges

  • Data driven and results oriented

  • Effective negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and meet business objectives

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
